BBC NEWS | Politics | Lib Dems accused of playing dirty

So, David Cameron is accusing us of fighting dirty in Bromley? Apparently the fact that we pointed out that the Tory candidate already had 3 jobs, was not local, and had fibbed on his nomination papers explains how the Tories managed to squander a 13,000 majority at a time when Cameron’s Tories are supposedly in the ascendency!

But I’ll take no lectures in clean campaigning from the architect of the Tory’s 2005 election campaign. The “it’s not racist” posters have to be the most disgraceful thing I’ve ever seen in a British election campaign to date.

But if I may indulge myself:

it’s not dirty to tell the truth about your opponent

Are you thinking what we’re thinking?
